OnTimeRx® runs on all Palm Personal Digital Assistants (PDA devices) as well as other PDAs like: HandSpring Visors and Treo smartphones. OnTimeRx® also runs on Windows Mobile devices, like: HP iPAQs and PPC smartphones. In addition, a new desktop version, OnTimeRx® for Windows, is available for PCs and laptops.

AmeliaTek also created the new Web-based medication reminder service OnCellRx.com, which is the easiest and most convenient medication alert system for home and cell phone users.

AmeliaTek promotes, sponsors, and participates in clinical research projects aimed at achieving improved patient adherence by making it easier to follow the prescriber’s instructions, thereby improving the safety of the medication therapy management process. OnTimeRX has helped me remember when and how to take my medicines since I have problem with my short-term memory. Also the 911 Info helped the hospital staff on my last admittance since I was short of breathe and could not answer their questions.

Keith,

Thanks for the kind words about OnTimeRx software.  It’s always good to hear that our compliance tools are helping our users - especially in emergency situations.

In case you haven’t tried it yet, sign up for the FREE reminder service at www.OnCellRx.com  You can use these email and phone reminders in conjunction with your OnTimeRx software.  Schedule an email message every 30 days or whenever it’s “time to order a refill”.   You can also use this for other activities.

Example: It’s easy to get busy at work and neglect certain important things.  I have scheduled a phone and an email reminder (3 times a week) to “jog my memory” when it’s time to: “Go to the “Y” now and put some miles on that treadmill.  Your heart will thank you!”.  It sounds silly, but it WORKS!

Short of purchasing a second copy of OnTimeRx for my desktop, is there any practical way I can maintain a meds list for my wife, separate from mine?

Much thanks
Sid Antony

Thanks for asking.

Your best option - by far - is to sign up for a free account on our secure, web-based reminder service: www.OnCellRx.com. This works great for creating and maintaining a simple or detailed medications list. You can enter all of your meds, print out the list, and edit it anytime there’s a change in the regimen. Simply login from any Internet connection to do this, and you can set up and send medication and other types of reminders to any phone or email system as well. Best of all… it’s FREE! (Why not open an account for yourself, too?)
Once you’re logged in, just click on the blue/white capsule “Enter Medication Info” and you can enter as much detail as you want. Check the printouts and add or remove data as you choose.
Click on the red/white capsule “Create an Alert” to set up automated phone or email reminders.
